5 Star service from beginning to end. I was searching for a specific car on auto trader and Stratton Cars had the exact one we wanted. I initially spoke to Allan who could not have been more helpful, and he even held the car for me until I could get to see it as we live over 4 hours away. I received a lovely warm welcome from Allan when I arrived, and after an extended test drive (during which Allan rang to check I was ok) the purchase of the car was straightforward and as smooth as the car itself. Any issues or queries were addressed immediately and I left feeling confident that should any unforeseen issues arise I had peace of mind with the 15 month warranty. Great customer service and communication.. Especially from Mike.. I Purchased an SUV car from Stratton cars 180 miles away from where I live, I drove away the same day.. After a couple of days I realised there were a couple of issues with the car,
Credit to Stratton cars they arranged a courtesy car for me whilst they fixed the issues and put a fresh mot on the car,

From the moment we bought our car the staff have been very helpful and friendly.

We had 2 minor problems with the car and it was sorted out quickly for us at no cost.

For example, the air con needed re-gassing.
Mike advised us to book it in at our local garage to get it done and then reimbursed the £83 immediately.

We recently bought a car from Stratton cars near Bath and found the whole experience satisfactory and easy.
Our salesman was Alan ( better known as H) who was very helpful but in no way put any pressure on us during the process and he was a true gentleman.

We had a few very minor requests concerning the car that H agreed to rectify before we took possession of the car and we are very pleased with the car and the process.

I've been on the lookout for a good condition Ford S-Max, within 100 miles of my home for some time. I came across TWO immaculate examples at Stratton Cars. I decided to make the trip up to them, and I was not disappointed. Both cars were exactly as advertised, and the team could not have been friendlier. I paid a small deposit while the guys gave the vehicle a service & new MOT (any advisories taken care of), and made ship shape and shiny. I got a call a few days later to let me know my car was ready. When I returned to collect, the team were just as welcoming as before. The whole experience was absolutely painless from start to finish. I would whole heartedly recommend Stratton cars, and would not think twice about visiting them again in the future. Called the guys at Stratton Cars as we were interested in a Honda they had for sale, when we came to view the car all the staff at Stratton Cars where very friendly and helpful and after giving us information about the car left us to look at the car in our own time with no hard sales tactics.

We decided to buy the car which came with a three-month warranty.

Within the three months of owning the car a few faults were found which included a faulty radio, an issue with the brake pads, worn auxiliary belt and a leak in the roof that was letting rain into the vehicle, being a 2005 car, I was expecting for a few faults to arise.

I sent an email to Michael with a list of the faults, and I am happy to say all of them have been fixed.

There was no hesitation around the faults and all costs being parts and labour were covered by Stratton Cars.

The work carried out on the car was also done by a local garage as we live a few hours away from Stratton Cars, so this made the whole process very easy.

Stratton Cars are, quite simply, fantastic car dealers.

On having seen a car on their forecourt that I liked the look of, I took a risk, waited, called them expressing interest and visited them the following day.

On approaching their forecourt, I was greeted by Mike, who was very welcoming and in no way stereotypically 'salesy'. He asked me as to whether there was anything in particular I was after and I gestured toward my point of interest...

Straight away, a set of keys were kindly tossed over to us and my Wife and I were left to it with absolutely no sight of any cheaply-suited commission-grabbers present to push a 'deal'.

We were most happy with what we saw and found Stratton Cars' advert really was an honest one!

After review, I explained that I need to wait a couple of days to reserve it, pending a test-drive. Mike kindly advised that as far he was concerned, it was already reserved for me until I was satisfied with the test anyway. This was most reassuring!

The test-drive went swimmingly. After a little bartering, I settled straight away on the price stated only due to the promises Mike made following a few of my requests to further better the car.

I even put forward a request that they considered, for part-exchange, my good but slightly aged car.

Billy then steps in. He's already ahead of the situation and explained that whilst Stratton Cars could actually make a small profit following their mastery in making it top-notch for the next buyer (even after checking DVLA/DVSA database on current MOT status) that, the best way forward financially for me would be to sell it privately. I did, Billy was right. Thank you Billy.

The new car was delivered free of charge of course. I was one very happy Chap!

I particularly enjoyed speaking to Keith at Stratton Cars too. A true Gent, humble and proud of the business he runs and he really should be! We shared stories along with our interest with Stratton sourcing a second car for our household too. They're on it.

A couple of weeks pass and I discover a minor issue that needed attention.

So, I swing by to the dealership and straight away, Mike is on the case.

When I say on the case, Stratton Cars have been deservedly delivered a case of their preferred bubbles by my Wife and I all down to the following...

After a diagnostic from mechanic #1 at a local independent garage not resolving my issue with the new car, Mike, quite concerned swiftly sends the car for a second opinion to Paul Gunstone nr. Hallatrow. All sorted!

I really rate highly the service and after sale care that Stratton Cars have delivered.

Truly, highly recommended!

I was looking for a specific car which Stratton Cars had. Unfortunately, it was a 3 hour drive from where I live. I collected the car and drove home. After I had had it for a few weeks the engine developed a fault. I prepared my self for a battle to have the problem fixed and without taking the car all the way back to them. I was amazed at Stratton Cars response. They immediately spoke to my local garage, agreed with them what needed to be done and paid immediately after the repair. Stratton Cars are a rare breed.

The cam-belt was due a change and they added that in for just an extra £100. The also gave it a full service, faultless MOT and valeted it inside and out before i collected it. A month later the screen wash motor packed in and they were quick to get me back in the garage, provide a courtesy car and get it all fixed in just a day at no cost. My daughter bought a Ford Fiesta from Stratton Cars, her first car.
All of the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and assisted her in making a very suitable purchase. The car was in amazing condition and very reasonably priced for the mileage. Included in the price was an MOT, service and they even changed the cam-belt. After agreeing to purchase the car they even put two new tyres on the front. There was an issue with the battery but without hesitation they paid for a replacement battery.
I can highly recommend Stratton Cars who are a very honest and friendly car dealer. Great shame there aren't more like this.

Absolutely fantastic. I just bought my first car in a long time from here, the team were very professional and not pushy in any way. They made everything super simple for us, checked everything was what we expected and the paperwork was made very clear. The one year AA breakdown cover included was a bonus, as was the bacon sandwich stall next door.

My son bought his first car from Mike and couldn't be happier. Got a cracking car for a very fair price, there were a few bits that had been broken by previous owner such as parcel shelf, radio screen etc and Mike agreed to repair all. After purchasing the car we had one minor issue with the passenger seat and again Mike couldn't have been more helpful when we called him. Would definitely recommend this garage and use again.
